Great trip to Apalachicola, FL for the Florida Seafood Festival. I am a huge fan of oysters and when I read about the oyster eating and oyster shucking contest at the festival, I knew I had to see it. The professional shuckers and eaters didn’t disappoint. Honor Allen, four-time National Oyster Shucking Champion shucked 2 dozen oysters in a little over a minute! Very impressive!
