Buenas and welcome to the product of my midlife crisis! Yes, all content on this site is the result of a little burnout in my work-a-day world.

I suppose you could say I am a lawyer by trade, however, I would also prefer to be known as a cancer survivor and pilot. I started learning how to fly in 1993 while undergoing cancer treatment and I found flying lessons to be a perfect distraction.

I completed my pilot training while in law school but didn’t fly much until 2007 when I realized a small airplane can be extremely useful in developing a multi-state practice. Two years later, I discovered the WeFlyNBike concept on a trip to see a client in a maximum security prison in Bishopville, SC in 2009 (described more fully herein).  I thought if I can fly and bike to a prison, why not fly and bike somewhere fun — perhaps to the coast or a remote island?
